Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! The in-room dinner was amazing and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. The location was key, right across from the bus stop and near all the local sights we wanted to visit. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
We didn't realize that smoking rooms were allowed, and the strong smell of smoke in the hallway was a turn-off. , the lack of internet was a bit inconvenient.

The in-room dining at dinner was absolutely fantastic and the onsen was a highlight of my trip! The variety of pools, temperature, and medicinal properties were well-explained. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from a popular attraction and a few convenient stores.
The toilet was really small and could be uncomfortable for some people. Also, the traditional tatami setting might not be ideal for elders who may have trouble sitting on the floor.
